1. Who we are
imperfectly.cc (“imperfectly”, “we”, “us”) is a habit-tracking service operated by 22Gstudios. By using imperfectly.cc, the Imperfectly mobile app, or any related service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account if you have not used reasonable care to keep it secure.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before that period ends. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Pricing in regions outside the United States may include applicable VAT or sales tax, calculated and remitted by Paddle.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service except via documented APIs.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of habit names, logs, notes, and any other content you create on the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimer
imperfectly is a self-help tool, not a medical or therapeutic service. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for those matters.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
