Refund policy

14-day no-questions refund

If imperfectly Premium isn’t for you, email hello@imperfectly.cc within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund you in full. No questions, no friction.

Annual plans, mid-period

If you cancel your annual plan after the 14-day window, you keep premium access until the end of your current billing year. We do not pro-rate annual plans for partial-year refunds, except where required by law.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops the next monthly charge.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued via Paddle, our payment processor, to your original payment method. Most banks credit the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptional cases

If we discover a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service outage that materially affected your subscription, we will refund or credit you proactively, regardless of the windows above.
